Today was a great day to start our winter journey. It was foggy early but cleared about an hour after we left our marina. It was sunny and warm, 70s all day. It got to 78 for several hours in the afternoon. We encountered a lot of boat traffic, as many people were out enjoying this unusually warm Dec. day. Unfortunately we are expecting much colder and rainy conditions for the next several days starting before dawn Monday.
