Vero Beach to Jupiter, FL
Missing the chili cook off. Enjoy my friends. We got unrafted from Mark & Judy and headed for the marina fuel dock for diesel and water. The fuel gauge said we had 3/4 of a tank but based on what we put in it there was really only had 2/3 of a tank. Never trust those gauges. After a very long time our water filled up and we were off about 8:30am. It was a totally uneventful day. Sunny, around 70, easy winds, the usual shallow spots, but no stress. At 4:10pm we anchored near 3 boats that had pulled up to a sandy spot along the water way and were partying, music so loud they could not possibly hear each other talk. After about a half an hour or so they all left, music still blaring. We are peacefully floating on the hook in 10 mph winds. Tomorrow should put us where we can stay put a few days and maybe we can get the dinghy patched up and some other projects done. Marks treatment is the 13th of Jan.
